Your wrap around dress ties at the waist using a belt tie that has been finished with a beautiful top stitch. This threads through a small gap partition in the seam to the right of the garment which has been finished with a top stitch. This then allows you to pass the belt across your back and meet the other end at the front where it ties at the waist. At just above knee length.
